This traditional building consists of two different bondings with flushed joints. The front of the building uses stretcher bonds, while the pillars and the back of the bulding uses English bonds. It mainly has a reddish-brown colour, with only the arches having a dark blue appearance. Header bricks are used for the arches to give the circular shape. The surface texture of the bricks is wire cut, having straight edges with slightly rough surfaces. Overall, the bricks are fairly clean, although there are some small holes made in the mortar joints, and there are few chippings made in the bricks’ edges.
The building is low-bearing as the majority of the building is made from bricks which is structurally holding the building in place.
