- English Bond.
- Raked Joint with white mortar.
- Rough Relieving archs above windows.
- Semi-circular archs across the fourth floor.
-Sills are done through 3 extruded courses of english bond that runs across the entire structure.
- Engaged piers with rebated jamb capping in a rich-auburn brown.
-Middle columns, fourth floor has courses of brickwork layered on top of one another. The layer closest to the facade is a half bat brick.
- Brickswork is not weathering well in a severe marine environmen. Cracks are already begining to form and the mortar joints and not done very neatly.
-Texture of the building is quite rough.
- Brick work plays a non-structural role.
