· The walls are constructed in English bond and the vertical structural components i.e. the main pillars are constructed in colonial bond.

· The bricks used are dark over fired red clay bricks.

· The surface texture is fairly rough and aged with few cracks and chips. Overall the bricks are in good condition.

· The mortar joints are tooled or ironed.
