· The lower section of the building is built in Colonial bond and the upper section which is newer is built in Strecher bond.

· The bricks used are red clay and the newer bricks seem to be more evenly fired.

· The bricks have a smooth surface texture and even the older bricks are in fairly good condition with minor wear around the edges.

· There is heavy restoration around the windows where older windows have most likely been replaced. The bricks and mortar in these areas appear newer.

· The mortar joints appear tooled.
