Deep red bricks contrast with the grey/off-white bricks to emphasise the arches.

Bullnose bricks on inner edge of the arch. Bullnose and splayed bricks protrude past the regular brickwork to outline the arch.

Single and double bullnoses used on the columns. Highly decorative bricks used on the inner top edge of the arched windows.

Raked joints. Flemish bond with the lighter coloured bricks. Stetcher bond with darker bricks on column. Abutments with darker bricks. Dark bricks are angled and protrude to emphasise and link windows.
