'Brick as Image' 6 - Michelle Lee

BLUE-GALZED BRICK BUILDING, PYRMONT

This building consists of stretcher bonds with grooved joints. Headers have been used on the rounded edge of the building to give a curved surface. This terracotta coloured building is unique as it has couple of rows of blue-glazed bricks on the lower part of the building. The surface texture of the bricks are smooth, being uniform and consistent in character.
The bricks are structural, holding the whole building up.
